AMONG THE CONTRADAS

I'm a 23 year old human being. Although I was raised in Savannah, Georgia, no one believes I'm from the South so I must always share the random fact that I was born in California. I am currently studying in Siena, Italy but my school of origin is Armstrong State University. My focus is English Professional Communications. I was drawn to Italy because of my love for writing and food. What better food is there than Italian food? And what is a better inspiration for writing than the gorgeous Tuscan countryside? It just made complete sense, so Italy became my destination for my first trip abroad.

Among the Contradas is a compilation of my musings and observations that I gather while studying and exploring Siena. I'm hoping that my ramblings can serve as helpful and informational data for future study abroad students and travelers that wish to experience Siena. Enjoy!
